Meet Marissa

From a very young age, Marissa knew she was put here to be of service to others

Marissa is a dedicated wellness and fitness coach with a passion for nurturing holistic health through movement and mindfulness. As a certified yoga teacher and Pilates instructor, she emphasizes the importance of cultivating strength, flexibility, and balance in both body and mind. With additional certifications in sound healing and Reiki, Marissa integrates these healing practices to foster deep relaxation and energetic alignment. 

 

As a runner, Marissa is a dedicated self-taught running coach with over 9 years of experience in the sport. Having completed 8 marathons, including 3 World Major Marathons, Marissa brings a wealth of personal experience and knowledge to coaching. With a deep understanding of endurance training, injury prevention, and race strategy, Marissa helps athletes of all levels reach their full potential. 

 

Believing that whole-body wellness is essential for optimal mental and physical health, Marissa creates personalized programs, classes, and events that empower you to connect with your body and your innate self-awareness. Marissa’s holistic approach encourages individuals to embrace their unique journeys toward wellness while helping them achieve harmony and vitality in every aspect of their lives.
